Event Date: Event Location: Number of Guests: Age Range: Description of Event Free Event or Tickets Sold? Comfortable Budget: What did you like about past speakers? What would you like to change? Are you authorized to book the speaker? If not, who else will be involved? Step 3 - Submit Form:  Once your information is submitted, we will contact you to provide a program that will best fit your event. Step 4 - Formal Offer: To lock in your date, submit a binding deposit of 50% of the full fee with a letter detailing the terms of the offer for performance. A Formal Offer is legally binding if the terms are accepted and returned in writing. The person who has submitted the formal offer is legally bound for full payment. Step 5 - Acceptance: Once the offer has been placed, the presenter will either accept or decline and confirm this with you in writing as a legal agreement. Step 6 - Final Amount Due: Once the formal offer has been placed with a 50% deposit, accepted, and written confirmation received, the balance is due 7 days prior to event date.
