Once your information is submitted, we will contact you to verify receipt of your request and confirm the details of your visit. Mail this form with your 50% deposit and Miss Terri will contact you to lock in your date if it is still available. The person who has mailed the form and deposit is legally bound for full payment when Santa arrives before the visits begin so collect from your neighbors in advance.  Your deposit will be returned in full if the date you requested in unavailable. If you must cancel Santa's visit, contact Miss Terri in person or by phone, seven days prior to the visit (phone messages or notes, don't count).  Otherwise deposits are non-refundable.
